Roadmap to Net Zero: The Group has committed to a Near-Term SBTi target aligned with limiting global warming to 1.5°C, reinforcing its contribution to climate mitigation. The Group calculates its Carbon Footprint Scopes 1-3, in line with the GHG Protocol. ADHETEC France discloses annually its environmental data for the climate change category through CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project).
Energy transition: Insperial is committed to decarbonising its energy sources and increasing the share of renewable energy across its operations.
Circular economy: The Group is committed to diverting production waste from landfill through prioritising the reusing of waste as raw material, recycling and energy recovery.
ISO 14001: 5 of Insperial's production sites meet this internationally recognised environmental management standard.

Insperial is committed to reducing the environmental impacts for its products.
Adhetec: Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) are conducted for all new products, evaluating their environmental impacts and driving eco-design and continuous improvement.
Perrone: LCAs were conducted for all leather and synthetic leather product lines; evaluating their environmental impacts, driving eco-design and continuous improvement.
MGR Foamtex: Following its acquisition in March 2025 and integration into the Group’s Sustainability Strategy, MGR Foamtex plans to conduct its first product LCA in 2027.
At Insperial, the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees are paramount. We actively support our teams through sustainability awareness workshops, helping them understand key topics and initiatives across the Group.
